Coenzyme Q10
Coenzyme is the “key” for energy production in the cellular mitochondria. Our body can – with the help of coenzyme Q10 – convert the energy taken from food (fats, proteins and carbohydrates) and save them into ATP. This stored energy is then released in the moment when the energy management of the cell needs it.
Coenzyme is present in every cell of the body. Organs with the highest energy requirements, such as the brain, heart, liver, kidney and muscles have the highest Q10 concentration.
The body’s own production of coenzyme Q10 decreases steadily from the age of 30 years onwards. That is why an additional intake of coenzyme Q10 may be advantageous, in particular, for anyone over the age of 50.

Product Features of “Q10”
We use a special technique of molecular encapsulation for this product. Through our extraordinary molecular encapsulation, the sensitive molecule of Q10 is protected with a coat of cyclodextrin. On the way to the intestine this special coat gradually dissolves through enzyme amylase in the duodenum and small intestine.
And so each and every molecule of Coenzyme Q10 is “presented” to the body and thus can be absorbed. On the way to the intestine this special coat gradually dissolves through enzyme amylase in the duodenum and small intestine. This enables the most efficient absorption of each and every molecule of Coenzyme in your body.
And so, bioavailability of almost 94% can be obtained in comparison with mainstream powders or Q10 crystals where particles cannot be so easily absorbed and may flush out of the body.
The addition of alpha-lipoic acid and oleuropein, two other antioxidants, contributes to the reduction of the oxidative stress and thus to regeneration of Q10.
